About the Role

We are looking for a Security Associate to join the team at Ocean Enclave. In this role you will ensure the safety and security of all resort owners, guests, and team members. Responsibilities include responding quickly to emergencies such as fire, safety hazards, or threats; patrolling the interior and perimeter to identify safety and security risks; overseeing alarm systems; maintaining inspection reports and records; investigating incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, and fire hazards and preparing detailed reports; and performing other duties as assigned. • Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, safety hazards, or threats • Patrol interior and perimeter to identify safety and security risks • Oversee alarm systems • Maintain inspection reports and records • Investigate incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards; prepare reports with statements from involved parties and witnesses • Patrol property for 8‑9 hours at a time • Greet and assist guests in a friendly, helpful manner • Work various shifts throughout the week

What You Bring

Candidates must be able to patrol the property for 8‑9 hours at a time, greet guests in a friendly and helpful manner, work various shifts throughout the week, have prior customer‑service focused security experience, and possess computer skills along with strong verbal and written communication for incident reporting.
