About the Role
The Finance Team Director will manage, control, and direct accounting and financial functions in a high‑visibility, client‑facing role at the Richmond, VA site. Responsibilities include overseeing annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, revenue recognition, internal controls, and providing strategic financial advice to business unit executives. • Prepare, manage, consolidate, and deliver annual plans and quarterly reforecasts. • Supervise revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and quarterly audit schedules. • Design, implement, and maintain internal control policies and procedures. • Produce monthly financial reporting packages and variance analysis for CFO/CAO. • Oversee fiscal reporting, pipeline reports, and dashboard metrics for business units. • Lead and develop accounting/finance staff, including succession planning and compensation. • Serve as financial liaison and strategic advisor to business unit executives and product line owners.
