About the Role

The advisor will lead engagements, develop and review sophisticated financial models, and advise on transaction structures such as joint ventures, PPPs, and development agreements. They will support transaction preparation, planning and execution, manage client scope, commercials and risk, and produce high‑quality reports, presentations and proposals. In addition, they will mentor junior staff and deliver data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations. • Lead commercial and financial advisory engagements • Develop and review complex financial models • Advise on transaction structures such as joint ventures, PPPs, and development agreements • Support transaction preparation, planning, and execution • Manage client engagements, including scope, commercial terms, and risk • Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, and proposals • Mentor and develop junior team members • Deliver data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations

What You Bring

Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Consulting team is seeking an experienced Commercial and Financial Advisor to support complex property and infrastructure advisory engagements across public and private sector clients. This role is suitable for candidates operating at Manager or Associate Director level, depending on experience. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in commercial or financial advisory or consulting, strong financial modelling and commercial structuring skills, and a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline. Experience advising on complex property or infrastructure projects and excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities are essential. Eligibility for AGSVA security clearance is strongly preferred. • 7+ years experience in commercial/financial advisory or consulting • Strong financial modelling and commercial structuring capability • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline • Experience advising on complex property or infrastructure projects • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Eligibility for AGSVA security clearance
