About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow established policies and procedures. The Lead coordinates daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance, and supervises the assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader also upholds standards to keep buildings and facilities clean and safe for workers and customers. • Coordinate daily facility operations and delegate job assignments. • Provide guidance and supervision, especially when the manager is absent. • Ensure buildings and facilities remain clean, safe, and compliant with standards. • Operate specialized equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely. • Support general janitorial duties as needed. • Receive reasonable accommodations for disabilities and participate in E‑Verify verification.
