About the Role

In this role you will lead daily site construction activities, ensuring crews meet production goals set by leadership. You will enforce MasTec’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, adhere to industry standards such as OSHA and ANSI, and oversee the quality of work performed at each assigned site. • Lead daily site construction work to achieve production targets. • Enforce MasTec Health, Safety, and Environmental policies on‑site. • Ensure compliance with OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, and ANSI standards. • Oversee daily operations and maintain quality standards at assigned sites. • Complete and manage required daily paperwork and site documentation. • Upload closeout documents to customer interfaces and compile site closeout packages. • Coordinate site activities with customer representatives and maintain relationships. • Provide leadership, guidance, and on‑the‑job training to crew members. • Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition. • Validate crew timesheets for management review.

What You Bring

The position requires at least five years of industry experience, a high school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred), and a clean driving record. Candidates must be able to read and interpret site plans and construction drawings, operate aerial lifts and other equipment, and possess certifications such as OSHA 10, First Aid, and safety/rescue training. • Minimum 5 years of telecommunications construction experience (10+ years overall preferred). • High school diploma/GED; technical degree preferred. • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platforms. • Hold OSHA 10 certification; WSA, excavator, First Aid, Safety, and Rescue certifications a plus. • Ability to read site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and statements of work. • Physically able to lift up to 50 lb and work up to 12 hours per day.
