About the Role
The Beam Mill Lab Technician is responsible for safely obtaining and testing all required samples while maintaining housekeeping and equipment in the work area. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and to perform scheduled or unscheduled overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety is paramount; candidates must be able to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. • Safely obtain and test required samples. • Perform housekeeping and maintenance in the lab area. • Work rotating shifts with scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

What You Bring
Minimum qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include prior testing lab experience and experience working in an industrial environment. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (minimum qualification). • Possess prior testing lab experience (preferred). • Have experience in an industrial environment (preferred).
