Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside, assessing customer storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. They perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, keep customers current on payments, and conduct reminder and collection calls. • Independently manage multiple locations, both indoor and outdoor. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure availability. • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk up to 50% of time outdoors, including stairs and large doors. • Perform cleaning, sweeping/mopping interior areas, and maintain exterior grounds.

What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Qualified candidates come from customer‑service‑focused sales backgrounds such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food environments, and must hold a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Prior customer‑service sales experience (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.). • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
