About the Role

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by performing tasks such as loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. Products are prepared accurately for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled safely and efficiently. The role follows clearly prescribed processes and seeks supervisor guidance for non‑routine issues. Work is performed in a warehouse and yard setting with exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes, and may involve occasional overnight travel. • Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and yard. • Prepare items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials using shrink wrap, strapping, or other protective methods. • Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping. • Install protective devices such as bracing or padding to prevent damage during transport. • Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures. • Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials. • May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed.

What You Bring

A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, and candidates should have 0–2 years of relevant experience. The position requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
