About the Role

GFT’s Shared Services team, which includes Human Resources, Legal, Accounting & Finance, IT Services, and Marketing & Communications, supports the company's global operations and drives efficiency for infrastructure consulting and design services. The specialist will complete complex compensation analyses, support annual merit and salary review cycles, and perform advanced geo‑zone, salary structure, and market pricing analyses using pricing tools. They will collaborate with HR on data requests and integrity, guide Business Partners on compensation programs, research tailored solutions, contribute to projects such as job architecture development, stay informed on economic and market trends, mentor junior staff, and perform other job‑related duties as assigned. • Complete complex compensation analyses and job grading. • Support administration of annual merit and salary review cycles. • Perform advanced analysis for geo zones, salary structures, and market pricing. • Respond to HR compensation data requests and ensure data integrity. • Advise HR Business Partners on compensation programs and processes. • Research and provide tailored compensation recommendations. • Contribute to compensation projects such as job architecture development. • Stay informed on economic conditions and labor market trends. • Mentor junior team members.

What You Bring

GFT is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to join the team in Mechanicsburg, PA. The position may be performed remotely, but occasional attendance at the Mechanicsburg office is required. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, have 5–7 years of experience in HR, compensation, or analytics, and possess advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivots) along with proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with market pricing software (e.g., BetterComp), survey data (e.g., ERI, Culpepper), and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to managers are required, as well as strong data modeling and analysis abilities. Preferred qualifications include CCP, PHR, or SPHR certification, experience with job architecture, exposure to Power BI, and prior experience in the AEC industry. Benefits
