About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator will manage the full onboarding lifecycle, from extending offers through Day One, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong relationships with Talent Acquisition partners. This role coordinates offers, pre‑employment checks, onboarding workflows, and Day‑One support, acting as the bridge between recruiting and the employee lifecycle. • Prepare and generate offer letters following compensation and policy guidelines • Coordinate offer approvals with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and finance • Track candidate responses, manage negotiations, and communicate next steps • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and verify employment eligibility • Initiate and monitor onboarding workflows in HRIS, collect new‑hire documentation, and schedule start dates • Support new hires on Day One, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate introductions to Training and HR • Maintain compliance records in ATS/HRIS, track onboarding metrics, and recommend process improvements

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role, strong proficiency with ATS and HR software, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment, and possess a data‑driven, problem‑solving mindset.
