About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Dublin office to lead complex infrastructure and aviation projects. This senior leadership role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery for clients while fostering team growth. The position reports to the Business Group DCS and works in a hybrid model. The role involves providing overall project leadership, coordinating technical teams and external consultants, managing risk, change, and performance, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Regular reporting, design review facilitation, and continuous improvement of project management processes are key elements. • Lead coordination of the project, addressing interfaces at all lifecycle stages. • Maintain a Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed (RACI) task tracker. • Coordinate design consultants and external service providers with technical teams. • Organise design review meetings and communicate design acceptance to the contractor. • Communicate design changes to impacted team members and stakeholders. • Report monthly on tasks throughout the project lifecycle, including construction works. • Maintain and update the overall project risk register at monthly progress meetings. • Identify opportunities to improve project management procedures and templates. • Monitor and apply performance management techniques. • Manage the change control process. • Manage flow of project information between the team and client through regular meetings and written communications. • Review and accept programme submissions. • Issue documents as required by the ECC and perform contract duties. • Act as Project Manager per Contracting Entity’s contract, maintaining close client contact. • Manage compensation events to ensure fair contractor compensation for client‑initiated changes. • Ensure timely notification of compensation events by the contractor. • Assess payment after each assessment interval.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BSc or MSc in Project Management or a related engineering discipline, have knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts, and ideally possess chartered accreditation with RICS, APM, CIOB, or a comparable institution.
