About the Role
• Engage with account directors and site teams to understand client goals and operational workflows. • Assist managers in executing new business opportunities and facility‑related projects. • Perform financial reviews and track budgets for JLL operations and client accounts. • Create client and internal communication materials such as building updates, tenant notices, and documentation. • Document and streamline the special‑event lifecycle process from request to signed license agreement. • Develop and revise templates, guides, and other internal communication tools. • Update and maintain the team SharePoint site to improve visibility of deliverables and metrics. • Support the Smart Building Program by producing manuals, troubleshooting guides, and protocol documentation. • Build dashboards and data sets to analyze operational efficiency and enable demand‑based services. • Assist with facility condition assessments, maintenance planning, OCP support, and administrative tracking. • Coordinate vendor activities and work‑order management while learning client relationship management.

They should be organized multitaskers with an interest in property management, commercial real estate, sustainability, and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced team environment. • Pursue a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years completed in any major. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Exhibit strong organizational, multitasking, and collaborative abilities. • Hold permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
