About the Role

In the role of Civil Coordinator/EIT, you will support senior engineers with site studies, designs, contract documentation, and graphic presentation. You will work with Civil 3D 2024/2026 and ACC, handling site layout, grading, utility layout, and drainage, while performing routine engineering assignments and administrative duties associated with project management. You may work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger ones, completing projects with clear objectives and limited variables, and performing other duties as needed. • Assist the Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation, and graphic presentation. • Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout, and drainage design. • Execute routine engineering assignments using standard techniques and procedures. • Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables. • Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects. • Work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects.

What You Bring

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, an Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate (or the expectation to obtain one for career progression), familiarity with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Bentley ConceptStation, Autodesk Infraworks, Civil 3D, and specialty civil platforms such as Openflows. Local candidates are preferred. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree and an attitude and commitment to actively participate in our employee‑owned culture. • Understand and work with Civil 3D 2024/2026 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). • Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. • Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate (or commitment to obtain EIT for career progression). • Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD. • Experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation, Autodesk Infraworks, Civil 3D, and specialty platforms like Openflows. • Local candidates preferred. • Bachelor’s degree.
