About the Role
You will support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service, performing installations, relocations, and maintenance of aerial plants. This includes climbing poles or using a bucket truck, reading schematics and construction prints, and troubleshooting problems that arise in the field. • Perform pole climbing and bucket‑truck operations for installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial RF and fiber plants. • Interpret schematics and construction drawings to execute work accurately. • Diagnose and resolve field issues quickly to maintain service reliability. • Prioritize daily safety practices and uphold high‑quality workmanship standards. • Apply strong problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach to complex tasks.
