About the Role
This role leads end‑to‑end project delivery for large commercial and residential base‑build projects, overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, contract management and stakeholder coordination. The Senior Project Manager guides multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards while driving cost efficiency and monitoring performance. The position emphasizes operational excellence, risk mitigation and client satisfaction, delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. The Senior Project Manager manages the complete project lifecycle—from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring and closure—aligning outcomes with client objectives and organisational standards. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, coordinating contractors, consultants, architects and internal stakeholders, and ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety and statutory regulations. The role also oversees procurement, negotiates contracts, manages vendor relationships, identifies and mitigates risks, and maintains regular communication with clients, investors and stakeholders. Project performance is tracked using KPIs, progress reports and dashboards, with continuous improvements applied to enhance efficiency and outcomes. The manager resolves issues, conflicts and challenges promptly to prevent delays and cost overruns, and ensures all projects are delivered within scope, on time and budget while maintaining high quality standards. What You Bring
Candidates should hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with a master’s degree in project management; PMP certification is preferred. Twelve to fifteen years of relevant experience, including delivery of at least eight to ten institutional, university or residential projects end‑to‑end, is required, with experience in a Project Management Consultancy considered an advantage. Technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical and architectural works, excellent organisational, motivational, communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail are essential. • Hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering and a master’s in project management; PMP preferred. • Minimum 12‑15 years experience with 8‑10 full‑cycle institutional/residential projects; PMC background advantageous. • Technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical and architectural works. • Excellent organisational, motivational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
