About the Role
• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floorplans for Homes.com and Apartments.com using Matterport Pro3 equipment. • Photograph residential properties to create marketing‑ready images. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks. • Survey assigned one‑mile square grids for commercial real estate data, identifying new inventory and missing listings. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment use. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring
The role requires physical activity, including driving, walking up to eight hours a day, lifting equipment up to five pounds, and operating camera gear in all seasons, with the possibility of weekend shifts on a rotating schedule. • Meet physical demands: up to 8‑hour days of driving, standing, walking; lift/handle equipment ≤5 lb; perform bending, stooping, and seasonal outdoor work. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check. • Hold at least 2 years of professional real‑estate photography experience with a portfolio for review. • Possess strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and data‑entry accuracy. • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. • Be proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Enjoy independent work in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
