About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to manage projects from initiation through closeout, delivering on cost, quality, schedule, and objectives while providing leadership to the project team and integrating multiple functional organizations. The role requires maintaining access and medical requirements appropriate to the duties, and may include emergency response responsibilities as directed by management. • Develop and recommend contracted services and materials • Manage project scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget using Constellation Management Model and project controls; produce monthly reports • Lead and integrate project team resources • Obtain stakeholder review and approval of intermediate and final deliverables • Communicate project status to Constellation Nuclear and site management • Administer contracts, ensure proper close‑out, and document lessons learned • Maintain required site access and pass medical examinations

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience, or Associate’s degree with 7 years, or high school diploma/GED with 9 years • Proven project management experience • PMP certification within 18 months of hire • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field (preferred) • Supervisory or managerial experience (preferred) • Plant operation or maintenance experience (preferred) • Knowledge of contract management and Asset Suite 9 (AS9) system (preferred) • Ability to work in ambiguous situations with minimal direction (preferred)
