About the Role
The Entry Level Graphic Designer will support business development by creating compelling visual materials, collaborating with deal teams, and staying current on design trends and software. This role operates in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities, managing projects from concept to delivery. • Create and edit print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics, flyers, maps, and presentations. • Apply graphic design principles to develop innovative visual solutions supporting business development. • Manage complex design projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness. • Provide design advice to deal teams, turning verbal and written input into compelling illustrations. • Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns aligned with JLL branding and client preferences. • Stay updated on design software advancements and marketing/design trends inside and outside real estate. • Design within established branding standards while maintaining high quality.

What You Bring

JLL follows strict privacy practices, securing personal data throughout the recruitment process and retaining it only as needed for legitimate business purposes. • Collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating initiative and proactive need identification. • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. • Have at least 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, emphasizing InDesign expertise. • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat on Macintosh operating systems. • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with tact and diplomacy. • Exhibit strong verbal, listening, written, and creative design abilities. • Possess solid time‑management, planning, and problem‑solving skills to meet tight deadlines. • Earn design‑related certifications (preferred). • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry (preferred). • Intermediate skills in HTML, Outlook, Word, and Excel (preferred). • Experience with digital marketing platforms (preferred). • Understanding of responsive design principles (preferred). • Experience creating floor plans, aerials, and technical real estate graphics (preferred). • Familiarity with bound book production and print specifications (preferred).

Benefits
The position is based on‑site in Washington, DC, with an estimated annual compensation range of $55,000 – $65,000, subject to qualifications, location, and market conditions. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
