What You Bring
• 10+ years civil engineering design and management experience in Land Development • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license • Extensive client contacts and relationships • Proven business development, proposal writing, and budgeting skills • Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably • Strong client engagement and problem‑solving abilities • Experience managing and mentoring staff and directing resources positively • Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D
