• Lead business development efforts to win work from new and existing clients • Provide high-quality service in a profitable manner • Contribute to the professional development of staff • Define and execute vision for the Land Development practice ensuring sustainable growth and innovation • Develop and maintain strong client relationships positioning the firm as a trusted partner • Drive business development leveraging industry connections to secure new opportunities • Supervise and lead Land Development design projects with technical expertise and strategic oversight • Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables and supervise execution of work • Lead and mentor a high‑performing team fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment • Ensure project profitability, resource allocation, and smooth transitions to qualified staff

What You Bring

• 10+ years civil engineering design and management experience in Land Development • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license • Extensive client contacts and relationships • Proven business development, proposal writing, and budgeting skills • Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably • Strong client engagement and problem‑solving abilities • Experience managing and mentoring staff and directing resources positively • Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D
