About the Role
• Manage repair and maintenance of company-owned and customer equipment, organizing yard status • Prepare work schedules and handle service calls to meet customer needs and ensure equipment availability • Order parts to maintain adequate supplies • Provide training and assistance to staff mechanics • Collaborate with equipment vendors to learn maintenance requirements of new inventory • Evaluate equipment after repairs, maintenance, or safety checks • Document equipment status before and after rental • Handle customer complaints regarding equipment condition or operation • Promote safety awareness • Perform quality control checks • Update, maintain, and organize equipment service records • Create, update, close, and bill work orders • File warranty claims promptly • Commission new equipment • Order, return, and manage parts inventory • Dispose of solid and hazardous material waste such as batteries, used oil, filters, antifreeze, and wash sludge • Generate reports on service due, fleet status, service records, open work orders, warranty claims, inventory, financial trends, and staff performance

What You Bring
• Valid driver’s license • Extensive experience in repair and maintenance of self‑propelled platforms and lifts • Knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and supervisory activities • Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements • Clear perspective on maintenance and repair issues in the industry • Planning and management experience • Computer literacy • Reporting experience • Inventory management experience
