About the Role
As an entry‑level engineer you will support senior engineers and designers, contribute to collaborative, innovative designs, and share responsibility for delivering client‑satisfying solutions. You will also participate in the Engineering Development Training (EDT) program, attending seminars and training sessions to build technical and professional skills. • Create basic designs under senior guidance. • Learn drawing organization and company standards. • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for various projects. • Coordinate designs with other trades under senior supervision. • Support design and engineering of new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of assignments. • Assist engineers with field investigations and site visits. • Participate in EDT program training sessions and activities. • Attend Engineering Development Program continuing‑education seminars.

We currently have an entry‑level opportunity for an Electrical Engineering Graduate. The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, can work independently when needed, and is eager to learn. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (graduating Winter 2025–Summer 2026) is required, with internship experience, proficiency in MEP AutoCAD (Revit a plus), design software, MS Office, and preferably FE or EIT certification. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (graduating Winter 2025‑Summer 2026). • Prior engineering internship (preferred). • Proficiency with latest MEP AutoCAD; Revit experience a plus. • Skilled in design/calculation software and MS Office Suite. • FE or EIT certification preferred.
