About the Role

The Residential Specialist supports the Capitol Place General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the residential complex. Responsibilities include managing facilities, resident accommodations, and occupancy terms, as well as ensuring safety through training and security procedures. The Specialist also steps in to perform General Manager duties when needed. Shift Leads supervise three daily shifts, while the Residential Specialist receives guidance from the General Manager and Operations Manager. The position offers an hourly wage of $21.00. • Deliver luxury, first‑class customer service (bell, room service deliveries, concierge‑style assistance) to owners and residents. • Patrol lobbies, corridors, restrooms and other public areas to detect and address violations. • Enforce Capitol Place rules, regulations, and policies, issuing warnings or trespass notices as needed. • Investigate disturbances, complaints, and accidents; interview guests and employees; complete detailed incident reports. • Conduct safety‑training classes and maintain the building’s security system and procedures. • Act as a first responder, quickly ascending multiple flights of stairs to aid emergency and law‑enforcement personnel. • Assist the General Manager with preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and budgets.

What You Bring

Candidates must possess at least one year of hospitality or condo‑security experience, strong communication and leadership abilities, and be able to lift or move a 75‑lb person in emergencies. Required credentials include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, CPR, First Aid, AED certification, and a State Guard Card. Computer literacy, typing at 25 wpm, and effective report writing are also expected.
