About the Role
In this role you will oversee and monitor project engineering activities and deliverables to ensure timely completion, schedule adherence, and cost control while guaranteeing that project outcomes meet all requirements. You will identify problem areas, resolve issues, and review specifications for quality and accuracy, working closely with design and manufacturing teams to execute projects within technical, cost, and schedule constraints. You will develop and define project deliverables, coordinate input from other departments to establish schedules and milestone payment plans, and review required documentation. Responsibilities also include assisting or leading the creation of system specifications, FAT and SAT documents, ensuring system testing and factory acceptance tests meet quality standards, and managing budgets, change orders, and field startup support. The position requires handling diverse problems that demand analytical judgment and creative solutions, with minimal day‑to‑day instruction and the ability to determine approaches independently. You may act as a project lead, supervise or mentor other personnel, and routinely interface with engineering managers, project engineers, technicians, sales, finance, and customer service groups. • Oversee project engineering activities to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets. • Identify and resolve problem areas throughout the project lifecycle. • Review and validate project specifications and documentation. • Coordinate design and manufacturing teams to execute projects within technical constraints. • Define deliverables and milestone payment schedule with stakeholder input. • Lead system testing and factory acceptance testing to ensure quality standards. • Manage project budgets, change orders, and provide status reports. • Serve as primary customer liaison for technical and contractual matters. • Provide commercial leadership and oversee control solution engineering. • Mentor and supervise project leads and engineering personnel.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a BS degree in Engineering or a related field and possess at least ten years of experience in industrial process controls and instrumentation, including deep knowledge of turbomachinery and safety instrumented systems. This seasoned professional will demonstrate strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities. • BS degree in Engineering or related field. • Minimum 10 years experience in industrial process controls and instrumentation. • Deep knowledge of turbomachinery and safety instrumented systems. • Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
