About the Role
As a Lifeguard at Cancun Resort, you will be responsible for maintaining safety in the pool area while guests enjoy themselves. Your focus will be on observing guests, performing rescue procedures as needed, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. As part of resort operations, you will help create beautiful atmospheres and warm interactions that turn everyday moments into lifetime memories for members and guests. • Welcome guests and owners with a friendly demeanor. • Coordinate all activities at the pool. • Assist and support during emergency care and treatment when needed. • Respond to any incident or emergency around the pool areas and the facility. • Notify appropriate authorities and prepare written reports on accidents, incidents, hazardous conditions, and suspicious activities. • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

What You Bring
