About the Role
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager through all project phases, from planning and coordination to closeout. This includes managing documentation, risk, budgets, quality, procurement, compliance, and stakeholder communication to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality standards. • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets with the Project Manager. • Coordinate stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables. • Maintain contracts, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports. • Identify and track project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies. • Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and financial forecasting. • Facilitate team communication, meetings, and resolve minor conflicts. • Conduct quality inspections and ensure deliverables meet standards. • Procure materials and services, manage resource allocation, and coordinate with vendors. • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards. • Support client engagement, address queries, and participate in presentations.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field and have 5–7 years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management. Required skills include proficiency with project management software, strong organizational and analytical abilities, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • 5–7 years of project coordination or assistant project management experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools. • Strong organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast‑paced environments. • Familiarity with budget management and cost control processes.
