Regional Sales Manager - Finlay
Drive sales and dealer growth for crushing & screening equipment across the region
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to meet growth targets. • Secure machine and parts orders while maintaining or improving sales margins. • Identify, appoint, and grow new dealer accounts within the region. • Create and manage annual business plans for each dealer, providing regular progress feedback. • Establish dealer sales targets, forecast machine and parts sales, and drive parts sales through dealer collaboration. • Train dealer staff and end‑users on product applications, warranties, and technical sales. • Liaise with engineering, field service, and other functions to support dealer needs. • Conduct market research to uncover new product opportunities and gather competitive feedback. • Represent Terex at trade shows, dealer conferences, and exhibitions, supporting marketing activities. • Travel internationally extensively across assigned territories.

What You Bring
• Proven experience in new business development, product marketing and sales within capital equipment or construction sectors. • Strong background managing dealer accounts and delivering sales results. • Professional fluency in English; additional languages a plus. • In‑depth technical knowledge of crushing and screening products. • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem‑solving abilities and commercial, innovative thinking. • Advanced proficiency with MS Office and exceptional time/territory management.
