The Branch Manager leads local HVAC service operations, taking full ownership of customer relationships and frontline workforce performance. This role is accountable for delivering branch‑level outcomes across safety, service quality, financial performance, and team engagement, while driving continuous improvement in systems, compliance, and proactive maintenance delivery. By aligning branch operations with broader business goals, the manager helps grow the customer base, motivates staff, and ensures the branch operates as a high‑performing, customer‑focused unit. The position also emphasizes a culture of accountability, care, and teamwork. • Motivate staff and implement team‑building concepts to boost morale and unity. • Ensure 100 % compliance with contracted preventative‑maintenance obligations and repair methods, as well as all relevant legislation. • Apply workforce‑planning principles to maximize field performance and meet allocated contract hours. • Develop and manage budgets, operational delivery, and margin‑improvement strategies for the branch. • Chair team meetings, facilitate deliverable reviews, and produce presentations and reports. • Leverage strong analytical and HVAC industry knowledge to bridge workforce planning with service delivery. • Act swiftly with data‑backed decisions, maintaining a “can‑do” attitude and open‑feedback culture. • Build strong customer relationships, address needs urgently, and achieve high team productivity. • Provide an inclusive work environment supported by a collaborative management team.
