About the Role

• Provide a warm welcome and build confidence by delivering new member collateral. • Schedule a 14‑day welcome call. • Schedule NMJ vacation dates within 31‑120 days. • Provide each member with collateral outlining call date/time, vacation travel dates/locations, and online access timeframe. • Enter member information into the system. • Ensure seamless handoff to the Quality Assurance team. • Call members to offer NMJ vacation packages when applicable. • Deliver outstanding customer care to members and guests. • Complete all required company training and compliance courses. • Adhere to company standards and maintain policy compliance.
