About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead mechanical projects from planning through execution, oversee teams and financials, mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and align outcomes with company goals. • Lead all phases of mechanical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution. • Build and mentor high‑performing teams; serve as primary liaison with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments. • Identify and mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals. • Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, conduct site visits, and enforce quality and safety standards. • Develop and oversee project budgets, progress billings, financial performance, and contract profitability.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, has 8–10 years of mechanical project management experience, is proficient with Procore, Spectrum, and reading plans, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 8–10 years of mechanical project management. • Proficiency with Procore, Spectrum, Microsoft Office and ability to read mechanical/plumbing plans. • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, contract oversight, risk management; OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain). • Strong organizational, detail‑oriented skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proven leadership and communication abilities, including mentoring, conflict resolution, and stakeholder collaboration.
