About the Role

Interns will research, inventory and classify NSPW land rights records such as deeds, easements, licenses, permits, leases and franchise agreements, and upload the information into the LandWorks database. Additional duties include consolidating project files, managing the database, and preparing landowner mailings for maintenance projects, upcoming site visits, and survey permissions. • Research, inventory, and classify NSPW land rights records (deeds, easements, licenses, permits, leases, franchise agreements). • Upload and maintain data in the LandWorks records database. • Consolidate project files and manage database documentation. • Prepare and send landowner mailings for maintenance, site visits, and survey permissions. • Travel up to 25% to local sites using a company‑provided vehicle.

What You Bring

The position requires a bachelor’s degree pursuit in Real Estate, Land Use Planning or a related business field, with sophomore status or higher. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office, have strong database design and management skills, possess a 3.0 GPA or higher, and hold a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Interns are expected to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. A commitment of up to 12 months (full‑time during summer and part‑time during the academic year) is preferred. • Pursue a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Use Planning, or related business field; sophomore or higher. • Demonstrate strong MS Office proficiency and database design/management experience. • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Hold a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. • Commit to a 12‑month internship (full‑time summer, part‑time academic year).
