About the Role
The foreman reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures, establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet schedules, and assists in scheduling and estimating worker‑hour requirements. They analyze and resolve work problems, ensure crew timecards are completed, make cost estimates, and plan and inspect ironwork installations for compliance with specifications. Additional duties include receiving and off‑loading major components, assembling and disassembling crane equipment, climbing ladders up to 80 m, and providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. • Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures • Establish and adjust work sequences to meet schedules using equipment capacities and personnel knowledge • Assist in scheduling and estimating worker-hour requirements for job completion • Analyze and resolve work problems • Ensure crew timecards are filled out and submitted • Make cost estimates for contracts • Plan installation procedures and inspect ironwork preparation and installation for specification compliance • Receive and offload major components, install loose components for nacelle, hub, and tower preparation, connect blades to hub, set base and tower sections, handle taglines, assist with main erection crane assembly and teardown, climb ladders up to 80 m, lead team members, provide coaching and feedback, and manage performance • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least five years of related experience, and possess a valid driver’s license. They must be able to read and interpret safety regulations and technical documents, apply basic math, and choose appropriate work methods. Strong teamwork, communication, customer service skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the physical ability to perform repetitive movements and lift up to 50 lb (with assistance for heavier loads) are required. • High school diploma or GED • Minimum five years of related experience • Current driver’s license • Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; apply basic mathematics; determine work methods from alternatives • Positive attitude, professional customer service skills, detail orientation, strong teamwork, active listening, and effective communication with openness to diverse input • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb; over 50 lb with assistance or equipment
