About the Role
• Perform clerical tasks and operate basic office equipment. • Answer incoming calls, provide information, forward calls, and take messages. • File and maintain written records; create electronic copies. • Receive, sort, and log deliveries in the computer database. • Prepare daily outbound deliveries and materials for design/construction meetings. • Record and update meeting minutes for site meetings. • Procure consumable materials and office supplies. • Assist Superintendent with equipment inventory tracking and organization. • Enter craft worker timecards for the Superintendent. • Provide general day‑to‑day support to the project team. • Schedule, track, and log repairs and maintenance for work trucks. • Provide maps and directions to visitors, subcontractors, deliveries, and new employees. • Log applicants into the Craft Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet.

The individual will interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and resourcefulness. The ideal candidate has extensive administrative and executive support experience and can work independently with minimal supervision.
