About the Role

You will be accountable for the delivery of system building services engineering (mechanical, electrical, ventilation and specialist systems) while liaising with the client, main contractor and consultants. You will also manage multiple sub‑contractors, sub‑sub‑contractors and suppliers from a package‑system engineering perspective. • Deliver within the project team, collaborating and coordinating with colleagues. • Analyze, rectify and manage completion of MEP design using engineering acumen and business processes. • Coordinate and liaise with project sub‑contractors, sub‑sub‑contractors and suppliers. • Manage interfaces between packages. • Develop relationships with key stakeholders such as client, design and construction teams. • Identify risks and produce and implement mitigation plans. • Incorporate modern methods of construction, digital technologies and prefabrication. • Implement Mace’s standards and project strategies. • Support net‑zero carbon transition by proactively managing carbon emissions and reductions.

What You Bring
