About the Role

In this role you will support all phases of utility construction on various telecom projects, guiding multiple crews and overseeing job site activities. You will develop your team’s telecom construction knowledge, lead by example to uphold the safety culture, drive deadlines, ensure quality, and provide high‑level customer service. • Develop team’s telecom construction expertise (aerial and underground) • Lead by example to reinforce company-wide safety culture • Ensure crews meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards • Deliver high-level customer service during client interactions • Coordinate and direct multiple crews and job-site activities • Apply safety practices daily and maintain high-quality workmanship • Troubleshoot complex field problems with a hands‑on approach • Mentor and coach crew members to enhance performance
