About the Role

The Day Porter/Facilities Coordinator ensures a professional and comfortable workplace. This role handles daily site operations such as coordinating refreshments, managing inventory, setting up meeting rooms and events, supporting mailroom and reception tasks, and delivering exceptional service to visitors and C‑Suite executives. Attention to detail and flexibility are critical to keeping the building running smoothly. • Coordinate and stock refreshments and office supplies • Set up and clean up meeting rooms and events • Assist with mailroom services, including domestic and international shipping • Provide reception coverage and greet visitors, including C‑Suite executives • Maintain pantry cleanliness, inventory, and product placement • Support general facilities maintenance and ordering of supplies

What You Bring
