About the Role
The position is responsible for expanding York Process Systems' market presence among Singapore end‑users and regional clients, aligning growth initiatives with the company's sustainability and profitability goals. • Drive YPS business growth with Singapore and regional customers. • Develop and deliver sales strategies and process system designs. • Qualify leads, design preliminary refrigeration systems, and create accurate cost estimates. • Liaise with vendors for quotations and prepare tailored project proposals. • Achieve KPI and Leadership Review Plan targets. • Lead marketing initiatives such as seminars, conferences and exhibitions. • Expand and maintain the customer base to ensure continuous growth. • Collect competitor intelligence and formulate responsive business strategies. • Ensure operations comply with JCI policies and collaborate across departments. • Support Asia‑Pacific best‑practice sharing and cross‑learning. • Build strong customer relationships for rapid response and profitable collections. • Promote high team morale and embody JCI culture and leadership.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates possess an engineering diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical or process disciplines, with at least two years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, HVAC or refrigeration sectors. The role also demands strong communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills, as well as a proactive, team‑oriented mindset and familiarity with process refrigeration concepts. • Diploma or engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process) or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years experience in chemical, petrochemical, HVAC/refrigeration; petrochemical/oil‑gas background preferred. • Proven track record of >1 year selling and managing capital equipment projects in the petrochemical sector. • Strong communication, analytical, organizing and relationship‑management abilities. • Proactive team player with broad engineering knowledge, especially process refrigeration. • Experience in contract/project/credit management, pricing, quotation and vendor negotiation.
