About the Role
The Container Welder/Fabricator is responsible for repairing, painting, and maintaining containers and roll‑off boxes. This role involves performing welds on steel and aluminum components and completing related maintenance tasks. Primary duties include MIG and ARC welding of front, rear, and roll‑off containers, fabricating steel parts using a brake, shear, and plasma cutter, and installing lids, wheels, and company decals. The employee also paints repaired containers, follows all safety policies, completes required paperwork, and refers complex repairs to the supervisor.

What You Bring
Candidates must be certified welders with advanced knowledge of MIG and stick welding, plasma cutters, and airless paint sprayers. They should be familiar with basic hand tools, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. A minimum of one year welding experience or completion of a welding program is required.
