About the Role
As part of an international design and engineering team, you will be responsible for creating control panels for oil‑type power transformers, developing control‑system logic, and generating comprehensive project documentation. You will also coordinate with suppliers, production, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory compliance. • Design control panels for oil‑type power transformers. • Develop control systems using control theory, defining boundaries, logic, sensor integration, and feedback algorithms. • Create schematics, interface documents, bill of materials, auxiliary load calculations, and project support documents for customer submission. • Incorporate supplier‑provided schemes for transformer instruments such as OLTC, CMS, and numerical relays. • Coordinate between suppliers, production, and manufacturing teams to execute projects. • Manage design activities across a worldwide factory network. • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. • Collaborate with technical teams in multiple global locations.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have 4–8 years of experience in electrical panel design for power‑transformer manufacturing. Required skills include strong knowledge of schematics, protection concepts, IEC/IEEE standards, and proficiency with CAD tools (Zuken E3 is advantageous) as well as Microsoft Office. The position requires excellent spoken and written English and values team‑building, networking, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams worldwide.
