About the Role
The Senior Specialist, Private Asset Servicing is a key member of Brookfield Credit’s expanding team, reporting to the Manager of Private Assets Servicing within Investment Operations. The role works closely with the Director of Private Assets Servicing and the broader investment team to support the growth of BAM Credit and Insurance Solutions Advisors LP’s portfolio, offering a solid foundation for a progressive career. • Conduct independent cash, trade, and position reconciliations across multiple systems, resolving discrepancies. • Guide trade settlement and lifecycle events across asset classes such as private equity, credit, infrastructure, and agriculture. • Serve as principal contact for capital calls and distributions, ensuring timely processing and coordination with treasury. • Liaise with external service providers for loan administration and private asset transfers between lenders. • Support financial and regulatory reporting by capturing accurate data and collaborating on month‑end close. • Assist in implementing complex transactions, product launches, closures, and other initiatives. • Collaborate with legal, treasury, accounting, and technology teams on investment onboarding, reporting, and system enhancements. • Respond to internal and external inquiries, escalating issues as needed. • Monitor portfolio changes and update back‑office systems accordingly. • Design ad‑hoc reports for client or internal requests. • Lead assigned projects and special duties. • Build and enhance procedural documentation for team responsibilities. • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and high professional ethics.

What You Bring
• Possess 6+ years of experience; CPA, CFA, or CAIA designation preferred. • Hold an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of trade‑life‑cycle processes in investment operations for alternative assets. • Proficient in settlement and reconciliation processes. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, VBA, and other technical software. • Exhibit strong analytical and conceptual thinking in fast‑paced, complex environments. • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
