About the Role

The New Home Consultant manages the entire new‑home purchase process, from the first customer contact through closing, aiming to leave buyers “tickled, delighted and happy.” This role oversees daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processes sale agreements, and aligns sales with company business plans. Key duties include engaging visitors to understand their buying needs, generating leads through community outreach and realtor partnerships, and maintaining deep knowledge of market, products, and community features. The consultant provides consistent follow‑up, records communications, participates in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs, and ensures model and inventory homes are well‑maintained while completing required training and event participation. • Manage new home purchase process from initial contact to closing. • Oversee daily operations at Welcome Home Centers and process sale agreements. • Engage visitors, assess needs, and apply Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate sales leads through community outreach, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, products, and community features. • Provide consistent follow‑up and maintain accurate communication records throughout the sales cycle. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. • Ensure Welcome Home Center model homes and inventory are well‑maintained. • Complete required training and represent Lennar at community events and phone banks.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high‑school diploma (college degree or real‑estate license preferred) and 1–2 years of home‑building or real‑estate sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, self‑motivation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lb and work in all weather conditions are also required. • Require high school diploma; college degree or real estate license preferred. • Prefer 1–2 years of homebuilding or real‑estate sales experience; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. • Demonstrate strong communication, organization, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills. • Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lb, work in all weather conditions, and operate computer/phone equipment.
