About the Role

The Recruiting Manager is a strategic, client‑facing leader responsible for overseeing and developing a team of Recruiters and Sourcers. Reporting to senior leadership, this role acts as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers while managing the full recruiting lifecycle for internal and external candidates across JLL’s diverse client portfolio. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and motivating the recruiting team to achieve performance targets; partnering with hiring managers to craft effective talent acquisition strategies; managing end‑to‑end recruiting processes to deliver high‑quality candidates on time; and driving initiatives that support business growth and client satisfaction. The manager will collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as HR, Operations, and Client Services to align recruiting efforts with broader business priorities, implement and optimize recruiting technologies, and analyze metrics to identify trends and guide strategic decisions while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and JLL policies. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to achieve performance goals. • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and design effective recruiting strategies. • Manage end‑to‑end recruiting processes, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality candidates. • Drive talent acquisition initiatives that support business growth and client satisfaction. • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Client Services to align recruiting with broader priorities. • Implement and optimize recruiting tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decisions. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and JLL policies throughout the hiring process.

What You Bring

JLL seeks candidates with strategic leadership experience, a proven ability to build high‑performing recruiting teams, strong relationship‑building and communication skills, and proficiency in data‑driven decision making and recruiting technology. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least one year in a leadership role. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, professional recruiting certifications (PHR, SHRM‑CP, CIR, etc.), and experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or professional services. This position does not provide visa sponsorship and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. • Minimum five years of recruiting experience with at least one year in a leadership role; bachelor’s degree required. • Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively. • Preferred: advanced degree in HR or Business, professional recruiting certifications, and experience in real‑estate or professional services.

Benefits

Estimated total compensation ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, with final packages based on qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. The role is on‑site in Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; or Dallas, TX.
