In this role you will leverage existing commercial relationships to generate immediate opportunities and lead the pursuit of large‑scale projects that include HVAC, boiler, rooftop, plumbing, and electrical scopes. You will drive sales across new builds, retrofits, replacements, and service contracts while collaborating with estimating and operations teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, consultants, and partners, maintaining and expanding key accounts through consistent engagement and value‑driven solutions. Navigating complex decision‑making structures and negotiating contracts at senior levels are essential components of the position.

What You Bring

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Sales Professional with a proven track record and an established network in the commercial market. This role requires strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, developers, consultants, and general contractors, and the ability to sell integrated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. It is a relationship‑driven position focused on strategic growth, large projects, and long‑term accounts, not entry‑level prospecting. A strong technical foundation is required, with deep knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You must be adept at interpreting specifications, drawings, and tender processes to ensure proposal accuracy and compliance. Required qualifications include at least ten years of commercial B2B sales experience in facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service contracts, along with verifiable relationships with property management firms, developers, consultants, and general contractors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are mandatory. Preferred candidates will have experience selling multi‑trade or bundled solutions and a background with mechanical or electrical contractors, facility‑maintenance organizations, or design‑build firms. • Proven senior‑level commercial sales expertise with an extensive network of property managers, developers, consultants, and contractors. • Ability to generate and close large‑scale HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects across new construction, retrofits, and service contracts. • Skilled in collaborating with estimating and operations teams to craft competitive proposals. • Experienced in acting as a trusted advisor, managing key accounts, and negotiating senior‑level contracts. • Deep understanding of commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, specifications, and tender processes. • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience with verifiable relationships in the facility maintenance sector. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities. • Preferred: background in multi‑trade/bundled solution sales and experience with mechanical or electrical contracting firms or design‑build environments.
