About the Role
The Billing Analyst role works with limited supervision to perform a variety of analytical billing functions and related activities. The primary goal is to prepare complete, accurate, and timely bills that maximize client satisfaction and drive cash flow. The position analyzes a portfolio of national‑account customers with low to medium complexity revenue, reviews billing transactions to identify trends, and ensures completeness and accuracy. It manages unbilled charges, resolves billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams, conducts client audit reviews, processes third‑party portal invoice uploads, and complies with Sarbanes‑Oxley audit requirements. The analyst also collaborates with the billing team, provides guidance, and completes special projects as needed. • Analyze low‑ to medium‑complexity billing for national‑account customers. • Review and manage unbilled charges; resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams. • Perform detailed client audit reviews and support audit timelines per SOX requirements. • Process third‑party portal invoice uploads to ensure timely payments. • Collaborate with the billing team, providing guidance, direction, and feedback. • Complete special projects and reconcile vendor invoicing.

Benefits
The position follows a hybrid work model, with on‑site days Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. The hourly salary range is $21.25 to $23.25, adjusted based on experience, education, and location. • Work in a hybrid schedule (in‑office Monday‑Thursday, remote Friday) with a salary range of $21.25‑$23.25 hourly.
