Job Highlights
About the Role
The position provides stable, regular hours in a repair and maintenance shop located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts when needed. Each day you will maintain and repair a variety of trucks and equipment that serve millions of customers across the United States, using modern tools and procedures on both diesel and emerging CNG fleets. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems • Estimate time and material costs; complete work within Standard Labor Repair Times • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls • Perform safety checks and maintain OSHA‑compliant clean work area • Document parts usage and repair times; complete required paperwork • Assist senior mechanics and address driver vehicle inspection report repairs • Work in indoor garage and outdoor environments with exposure to noise, weather, dust, odors, and chemicals
