A minimum of five years’ wireless telecommunications experience, a technical vocational degree (or military equivalent), and the ability to read site plans and construction drawings are required. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of RF engineering, interconnecting circuits, and transport applications are essential. • Adapt quickly to changing conditions and understand the broader context. • Apply solid RAN theory and advanced transport application knowledge. • Minimum 5 + years of wireless telecommunications or related experience. • Two‑year vocational technical degree or military equivalent preferred. • Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and statements of work. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of interconnecting circuits (T1, T3, microwave radio) and basic RF engineering. • Valid driver’s license and adherence to company motor‑vehicle policy. • Flexible, creative problem‑solver with self‑motivation and basic leadership abilities. • Detail‑oriented and capable of independent or team work, managing multiple tasks.
