About the Role

The role manages the implementation of a quality management system, ensuring its effectiveness in meeting business, statutory, legal and contractual requirements. It engages with stakeholders to maintain compliance, supporting a resilient business that manages risks effectively. This position is a key enabler of change and business improvement. The role oversees the quality management system, audit processes, continuous improvement initiatives, training delivery and sustainability objectives for the hospital project. • Deliver delegated elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget • Manage and facilitate external certification audits • Provide expertise and guidance to achieve new certifications as needed • Organise and facilitate internal audits according to the audit programme • Lead audits and produce comprehensive audit reports • Investigate root causes of non‑conformances and recommend corrective and preventive actions • Review and improve management system content for relevance and effectiveness • Identify new systems and processes to drive efficiency and recommend innovations • Ensure accurate and timely information for quality reports • Produce communication articles, plans and collateral • Coordinate management‑review activities, analyse data and trends, and offer recommendations • Provide risk‑mitigation recommendations to enhance system effectiveness • Support business development activities with specialised expertise • Develop and deliver training programs • Manage and monitor supply‑chain performance, including supplier QMS audits and support • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition initiatives and manage related emissions reductions
