What You Bring
RQC, LLC is seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief / Instrument Operator to join its growing Self-Perform Building Trades team in Jacksonville, FL, supporting projects throughout the Southeast. The role leads and executes construction surveys and stakeout activities for a variety of government projects while directing field survey crews. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience as a Lead Survey Instrument Operator, with background in building and land surveying and construction stakeout; an associate degree in Land Surveying is preferred but not required. Desired technical skills include proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (v2017 or higher), knowledge of survey equipment and field data collection techniques, and strong computer abilities with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
