What You Bring

As a Skilled Laborer/Groundman you will support all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, working on outdoor sites, transporting heavy equipment, and constructing both aerial and underground cable systems. You will troubleshoot problems in the field and continuously learn to operate a variety of tools and equipment. The ideal candidate puts safety first, consistently produces high-quality work, and enjoys solving challenging, hands-on problems. A valid Class A CDL with a clean record, a desire to learn telecom trades such as coax and fiber splicing, and a commitment to long-term, community-focused projects are essential. • Hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record. • Pursue telecom construction training (coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, etc.).
