About the Role
The Global Advertising Operations Senior Executive joins the Global Paid Media team within Global Marketing. Reporting to the Global Advertising Operations Manager, this role is a cornerstone of the operational workflow, ensuring precise execution of technical and administrative tasks that support our worldwide paid‑media campaigns. The position blends operational support, technical implementation, financial administration and governance. It plays a hands‑on role in managing support requests, deploying tracking solutions, maintaining data integrity, and upholding global standards across advertising platforms. • Own and manage the daily AdOps support queue in Workfront, serving as the first point of contact for marketer requests. • Resolve routine technical and administrative issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the manager. • Process user access requests across paid‑media platforms while adhering to governance protocols. • Implement standard paid‑media tracking, including pixels and Floodlight tags, using Google Tag Manager. • Assist with deployment and validation of advanced tracking solutions such as CAPI and Enhanced Conversions. • Conduct quality‑assurance checks on campaign setups to verify tracking fires correctly before launch. • Create and manage UTM tracking links, ensuring alignment with global naming standards. • Execute purchase‑order requisitions for campaign and platform expenses in the financial system. • Support monthly financial reconciliation by pulling data and preparing reports. • Maintain process documentation, governance guidelines, and resources on the team’s SharePoint site. • Enforce global campaign naming conventions through regular audits and coordinate corrections with owners. • Support onboarding of new vendors and agencies from systems and process perspectives. • Identify workflow improvement opportunities and propose efficiencies to the manager.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of hands‑on advertising operations or digital marketing experience, strong proficiency with Google Tag Manager, and a detail‑oriented, process‑driven mindset. Excellent communication, problem‑solving abilities, and familiarity with tools such as Workfront and Microsoft Excel are essential, as is a willingness to learn and grow in the dynamic field of ad‑tech. • 1–3 years of hands‑on advertising operations or digital marketing experience. • Practical experience with Google Tag Manager and implementing tracking pixels for Google, LinkedIn, Meta. • Highly organized, process‑driven, and detail‑focused. • Proactive problem‑solver capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder support. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Eagerness to learn and grow within advertising technology and operations. • AI‑driven application analysis to match candidate skills with role requirements.
