About the Role

• Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as advised. • Maintain the property grounds, including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness. • Transport tools, materials and supplies as required. • Remove and reinstall trash dumpsters.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED. • Grounds/general labor experience of at least 3 months (training provided). • Ability to push/pull up to 100 lb. • Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods. • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment. • Valid driver’s license.
